I really love this name not necessarily would I use it but I think its pretty and I like the whole reverse Stella Maris with the meaning being "star of the sea"

I like Stella Maris but Maristella is awful.

I like it! I love Stella Maris and like the sound of it turned around. It reminds me of Marisol, which I love also.
