[Opinions] Merit
WDYTO Merit?
As well as being an English word and a Swedish nickname for Margaret, it is also Ancient Egyptian. Merit Ptah is the earliest known female physician.
I also like Meritaten, the name of an Egyptian queen of the 18th dynasty, but that's a major GP.

I don't normally like unisex names but I like Merit for either a girl or a boy.
ok for a place or a surname, but I don't like it as a given name.
It's not my style, but I quite like Merit as a nickname for Margaret. It's different, but not too bizarre sounding/looking.
I like it but spelled Merritt.
I kind of like it! I'm not really into virtue names, but this could grow on me. What about using it as a nickname for Margaret or Meredith?
I do like Margaret and Meredith, but they don't fit my style at all.
