i think Cairo is great for a boy, not as much for a girl. Cai or Ro could be cute nns. a more traditional mn to balance it out might be good: Cairo John, Cairo James, Cairo Benjamin, Cairo Gabriel, Cairo Gavin, Cairo William, Cairo Michael, etc.

I like Cairo better for a boy than a girl. Middle names are tricky. I'd go with Cairo Isaac, Cairo Elijah or Cairo Ethan. For some reason I think the mn should start with a vowel.
