Constantina is charming and absolutely useable. I prefer Constanza, but Constantina is lovely too. As you say, the obvious nn Tina is built in and readily available if your little Constantina takes a little time to appreciate her name.

Of your combinations, Constantina Victoria feels the most natural. Perhaps it's fact that the meaning is readily apparent, constant victory. It has a wonderfully unappologetic, Roman quality to it. I want to like Constantina Alexandra, but it feels too cumbersome. Why that doesn't stop me with Constantina Victoria is a mystery to me. It just doesn't.
