I came across this name looking at students' lists in one of schools where I work. Apparently it's Albanian. I can't decide if it's nice (I like long and ornate names for girls) or too frilly and OTT.

I like Liron and Liora, but this is just too much for my taste.

I think it's very pretty. It doesn't seem frilly at all to me, just very poetic. I went on a few websites and searched for it, they said it means Longing/desire for freedom. I'm not sure if it's true, but if it is that makes it even more attractive in my opinion.
