[Opinions] Eleonor
What do you think of this name? Do you prefer Eleonora, or a different spelling, like Eleanor? Do you prefer Leonor to Eleonor? Can you think of any middle names for it? Thank you!

Well, I prefer Eleanor over Eleonor, Eleonora over Eleonor (but not Eleanor), and Leonor over Eleonor. So, my favorite is Eleanor, but Leonor I like as a separate name.As for middle names, I just asked that question a few days ago : http://www.behindthename.com/bb/arcview.php?id=3437988&board=baby Sometimes it's useful to search to see if a question's already been answered.

Oh of course! However I started this thread mainly to see what people think of Eleonor ^-^, and just asked as an afterthought if anyone had combos for it.

I prefer Eleanor the best, it looks the best and the most classic and traditional. Eleonor looks wrong to me. I prefer Eleanor to Leonor.

This name has been growing on me. I think I'm one of the few who prefer the spelling, Elinor. Maybe I've read Sense and Sensibility too many times. :]

Eleanor is my favorite spelling, although I love Elinor as well. Hmm...typing out Eleonor made me realize that I don't really like this spelling at all. It's only one letter, but putting an 'o' instead of an 'a' just doesn't look or feel right to me. =/At the moment, I slightly prefer Lenora (my favorite girls name) to Eleanor / Eleanora, but I think they are both very beautiful. How about:Eleonor Rosemary
Eleonor Rosamund
