What do you think of the name Melantha? Can you think of any nn's for it besides Mel? Do you prefer Melaina (I pronounce Melaina mehl-AY-nah)?Thank you very much!

I prefer Melantha. It is a good name, very interesting. Maybe Melly for short?

Melantha reminds me of Mylanta. I prefer Melaina. If you did go with Melantha, you could use Lan, Lannie, Antha, Anna, or Annie as a NN.

Melantha sounds like Mylanta the stomach medicine. I much prefer Melaina. I would use Laina or Laney as a nickname for Melaina.

It sounds like a mix between Melissa and 'Samantha. I think it sounds really pretty and kind of elegant. :)For the nicknames, maybe Mela. Or possibly Antha. :POut of Melantha and Melaina, I prefer Melantha.

I like both very much, but I think that I like Melantha a bit more.If you really wanted to stretch it, I suppose that Ann might work as a nickname for Melantha.

I like it a lot! Lanny, Lawny (forgot how to spell it), Thia, Ela? I prefer Melantha over Melaina.
