I quite Joanna. It's pretty.

As for some of the names they may be more common in other cultures, but not so much in En.-speaking cultures.

My full name, Giovanna, is the Italian version of Joanna and somehow I'm come to love almost every variant of John there is, including Joanna. I like Joanne just a bit better, but Joanna is still nice.
