I suppose Kalliope is more "authentic". You're correct about the Greek pronunciation.
However, I think Calliope with the usual English pronunciation is best if you're living in an anglophone country. It's a great name that's not common but not too odd. The "pee" sound doesn't bother me. People would probably call her Callie. It's not a bad nickname; and anyways, people can make nicknames (bad or good) out of any name.
I think your sibset works very well. Estella and Calliope definitely sound like sisters and both are lovely names.
