I'd say ZYAN-yuh, just like it's spelled. Kinda like it like that.
I found a website that says its z-ay-ai-n-uh, which feels like you're spelling it and makes it awful (IMO). (http://www.pronouncenames.com/pronounce/zyanya)
I also found a birth announcement for a girl named Xianya. The mom says her partner wanted to spell it with a Xi instead of a Zy, but they say they pronounce it the same. She says its Zee-On-Yuh. Which isn't too bad. I'm going to be honest though, that's a pretty awesome. But the original's better, of course. (http://www.mothering.com/discussions/showthread.php?t=769936)
