Ella is still a bit too common for Eleanor, but Patty for Martha is interesting. It doesn't have the same feel as Nell and Bess and the p is a bit odd, but it's still interesting.

I like Amelia nn Millie and Francesca nn Franny, although I would probably go with Frances instead of Francesca.
