I like Tilly for Matilda and Lottie for Charlotte even if they are sort of common for those names.
Kitty for Katharine (I love this spelling) is good.
Belinda is nice, but maybe with just Lynn.
Penelope is the only name that I will freely let Eleanor share Nell with.
