Well, it is originally a diminutive for Susannah, so I think that should be your first suspect. Some alternates:

For some reason, I didn't know it was a diminutive of Susannah. She likes that a lot. The other name she has picked out for a girl is Georgia. She said that Susannah nn Sookie and Georgia nn Georgie would be a wonderful sibset. I tend to agree with her on that.
