For about a half a year now, this name will not get out of my head. It has a bit of a harsh sound, but I can't help but love it?

What is everyone's opinion on Daphne?

I love Daphne and as a teen I wanted to use it in the future. I wouldn't use it now, but I would stil love to see it out there.

I'm probably one of those few people...

who really doesn't like that name. Not only does it remind me of that one character from Scooby-Doo, it's a bit out-dated for my tastes. But that's just my own personal opinion.

That's always my reaction when I see it. LOL. :) It's my favourite name ever, partly because I think its sound is incredibly sweet and soft, not harsh at all. My combo is Daphne Columbine and the one before that was Daphne Kathrin, but I don't worry much about combos.

I think Daphne's great! Daphne Violet comes to mind immediately. Daphne Theresa, Daphne Margaret, Daphne Alice, Daphne Iris, Daphne Frances are a few more off the cuff thoughts. Hope it helps!
