Which one do you prefer? Any particular reason why you prefer one more than the other?

I love both but slightly prefer Yekaterina because my dd is Katherine (nn Kate). Russian skater Ekaterina Gordeeva has a dd named Elizaveta (Liza, pr. LEE-za) and I think that's so pretty.

I strongly prefer Yekaterina. I have a negative association with Elizabeth that contaminates all related names.

I love them both, so I'll just say what it is I like about each one.

Yekaterina is colorful and energetic, the name of someone who loves to laugh and have fun.

Yelizaveta reminds me of royalty, and elegance.

I like them both! They're lovely names, although it took me a while to recognize them.

I also like "Yelena".
