What do you think of Coco for a girl?

Makes me think of a dog. I was hoping you were asking for a dog's name.
I couldn't take a Coco seriously, or the parent's of a Coco. As a nn, I might like it, especially if it fits the personality. But as a full name? I'd feel bad for the poor child, and then probably laugh at the parents, wondering what they were thinking.

I think it's cute, but should probably be a nn rather than a fn.

if the girl is a dog, sure, why not... if the girl is a person, no... sounds too much like a pet name... could maybe be a nn for something though.

For a first name i dont like it, for a nickname its cute! I know a little girl named Kohana that goes by Koko?/Coco? and i think its really cute!

I hate this name so much, it just sounds so ... well, cheap. I once knew a girl in high school named Coco and I just couldn't warm up to her name. She was a lovely girl, but I just kept thinking her name was better suited for a lap dog or perfume. It's best as a nickname for a Co- name which it seems other users have suggested all the choices. My personal favorites would be Cora, Coralie, Corinne, Nicolette, and Columbia (GP of mine).

Is all I can think of. I don't think it's pretty, either. If you MUST use it, please make it a nickname. It's just so... slutty to me. Just do a google image search of "coco" and you'll see what I mean. I don't see the appeal.

I knew a girl about my age once with this name and it really suited her. It's also my stepsister's middle name, which I think honours her grandmother in some way. I think it does work on its own as a fn, although because of its relative singularness you may get people with immediate associations with the Cox-Arquette kid. I'm not sure about Coco Jane; the two styles are quite different and I'm not sure if they gel well. I'd go for something a little 'different':

I admit I've always thought Coco was cute, but only as a nn.
Coco is too flighty to stand on its own. When you put a solid classic like Jane next to it, it only heightens the silliness of Coco.
How about:
