I've usually pronounced it Mad-a-lyn, although it's my opinion that Mad-a-line is classier. Either way it's a very pretty name, and I'd rather be called the full name over Maddy. Due to the popularity of Madison (eek) there will be oodles of Maddies out there, and I almost always prefer the full name over the nick name.
