Like it a lot, but prefer Liliana.

I'm tired of Lily names, and the "ana" just makes it worse.

I love it, it's my favorite name of all time. Spelled Liliana though.

No. I am sick to death of ANY variant of Lily.

Make it Liliana ("lil-ee-AH-nuh") and it's lovely. I prefer less-is-more Lily or Lilia, but Liliana is nonetheless a great classic. It has a slightly dangerous, mysterious feeling to it that I like.Lilianna I would pronounce, "lil-ee-ANN-uh." I don't care for that at all. It's too similar to Pollyanna. There's nothing exotic at all about Lilianna.

I much prefer Liliana, Lilyana, or Liljana, but the sound of the name is lovely. A nice alternative to plain old Lily. Lilianna looks kind of... I don't know, hybrid-y? Like it's a weirder spelling of Liliana.Have some combos!Lilianna Bethari

I prefer the spelling Liliana, although this names has always seemed unneccessarily frilly for me. Lillian is more than enough for an elaboration of Lily.
