It's a bit of a tongue twister but it's not bad. I'd rather break it into two names so you end up with Emily Anna or something. But I do like the nicknames Em, Emily, Lia, and Ana. I'm not too sure about how the website said it's pronounced but at first glance, I would pronounce it em-i-lee-AH-nah.
