I definitely love this name.Twin names:Boys: Marek and Lucian, Marek and Roman, Marek and StefanBoy/Girl: Marek and Lidia, Marek and Aniela, Marek and Lucia

Marek and Nikifor or Nikodem
Marek and JulienMarek and Malina or Maryla (I like Malia, too)
Marek and Noemie or Natalia (love this w/ nn. Talia), or Noelia
Marek and Julissa or JulitaMost of these (esp. the boys names) I took from Polish names, since that's what I know Marek as.
