Vivien Carmela is my fave out of that long list.
I love Vivien - it's the classic Brit spelling if the name. I prefer it to Vivienne, which I find a tad fancy. Vivian is the Brit male spelling, although Vivien Leigh was originally Vivian.
T was at school with a Vivien and have a friend Vivien Esther which is close to your combo Vivien Estelle (that I like).
Vivien Rosamond is pretty too.
