I also like the NN Mira and Zeke, but not the names Mirabelle and Ezekiel, so how about Mira and Zeke as full names.
Or what about those alternatives with the same NN?
Mira - Elmira, Miracle, Amira, Miriam, Mireya, and Mirella
Zeke - Zachary, Zacharias, Zachariah, Zikomo, and Hezekiah
