I suppose you could do it as a first name, especially if you have an Italian last name. Otherwise I would probably say that it is better as a middle name. Possible combos:

1. WDTYT? I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
2. Is it at all usable as a fn? YES! I even met a little boy named this few months ago! I'd use it!
3. If not, could it be used as a middle name or should it be left to GP? MN as well, no GP what for?
4. Can you think of any combos or do you think it should just be a standalone name? I don't share my combos, but I do like Michelangelo with a simple short name.
