What do you think of Mio for a boy? It's pronounced MEE-o. Opinions?

I have a friend that goes by Mio and he's a boy, so it's perfectly fine to me.

I like it for a boy, on a girl I think it's weird. 517 men has this name as a FN in Sweden while only 60 women has it as a FN.
