Theodra looks like Theodora with a typo. I find it a bit harsh sounding.
I find Isa really nicknamey. It's what I sometimes call my friend Isabel.

I think Isa is also nicknamey, but enough people have it as a full name that it's usable.

I agree with Theodra looking like a typo - I really love Theodora but X hates it. He does prefer Theodra, though.
