I adore the name Effie and think its fine to use as a full name, although others would disagree.

I think Effie is too cutesy to work on its own, so I prefer it as a nn for Effemy (eh-FEM-ee). I love your combos, though.

I think it's pretty too, but I like Effie as a nn for Josephine, so it looks kind of funny to me. Obviously it's not though since Effie isn't a conventional nn for Josephine.

Effie is a very cute nickname, but I tend to prefer a more formal name to fall back on, myself. Behind the Name gives Euphemia as the "full" version, which I actually think is rather charming (Euphemia Louise would be darling), but if that's not to your taste, I've also heard Effie as a nn for Elizabeth, and I'm sure there must be others.

That said, of your combos I like Effie Louisa and Effie Josephine.
