[Opinions] Caoimhín
I was watching TV today, and saw a fiddle player from Donegal (in Ireland) called Caoimhín on a program about traditional music. It's pronounced KEE-veen or KWEE-vin, depending on where you live. I'd never even thought about the name before in my life, but now I like it a lot, although it's very similar to the feminine name Caoimhe. Hate its anglicization Kevin with a passion, though.
WDYT?

I like Caoimhín - like you I dislike Kevin. Caoimhe is so popular(and overused) I am surprised that Caoimhín has not caught on more.

I love it! I also love Caoimhe.

I don't like it too much, nor Caoimhe for that matter. I just don't like the KEEV sound at all. I also dislike Kevin.
