It's a well-known college here.So I'm not really seeing it as a name. :-/ It's too bad - the meaning is lovely and it has a great history.Of yours, I like:
Concordia Blythe - very cool
Concordia Hélène (ay-LEN) - I really like this one.
Concordia Iris
Concordia Jane
Concordia June
Concordia Lilian
Concordia Lucy
Concordia Margaret
Concordia Mathilde
Concordia May
Concordia Sylvie
Concordia VivianI think I like might steal Concordia Blythe for a GP. ;-)

There are several universities in the US too that are named Concordia. I googled it and found Portland OR, Chicago, Irvine CA, St Paul MN, Kenosha WI, Ann Arbor MI, and Nebraska all have one. There's also a group at my church called Concordia, so it's not something I'd have thought of as a name.

That was my first thought. Unusable in Australia.

Why is it unusable in Australia? We don't have any major university or tertiary provider called Concordia do we? I just searched it and there are only two Concordia Colleges- both high schools. Hardly well known.

Hmm, in Brisbane, where I live, it's renowned.

I live in Brisbane and have never heard of it. Also, I'm a teacher.

I've never heard of it :) It must be a Queensland thing. It'd be fine in Perth.

Yeah, it would. I guess I exaggerated a little. :)
