This has been growing on me recently. Btw, the "claud" part is pronounced like "cloud", not like it would in the English pron. of Claudia.
How would it go with Donato and/or Leonardo as brothers?
(For those who don't know, I'm an Italian national, so the name being "too Italian" or "difficult for the child" isn't an issue).

I think Claudio is a nice name. There was a boy back in my middle school class with this name and I always thought it works well (since he is italian).
It goes very well with Donato, though I don't like Leonardo, since it is closely associated with either Leonardo DaVinci or Leonardo DiCaprio and my first though would always go to them when I think about this name.
