[Opinions] Howie

Okay...so I went to the doctors today. UGH!However, I ran across two name sitings. The first, was Howie on a little girl. I always believed this was a boy's name? Am I wrong? Wdyt of it?The second, was Josiah for a boy. I kind of like it; however, I prefer Joseph more. Wdyt?Cool!

Josiah is cool - an underused biblical classic.
Howie sounds to me like a bit player in a Western movie.

Howie on a girl...ick. I don't really like it on a boy either though.
Josiah is really nice I think. It feels strong with some history and although I like Joseph, Josiah has a totally different feel to me.

Yes, Howie(nick-name for Howard)is indeed a male name. Dreadful on a girl, unless it's aome improbable nick-name for a female name, which I can't think what!
Josiah is a good name. I too probably prefer Joseph, but I'd certainly use Josiah.
