I love Clementine, although I'd probably only use it in the mn slot.
I don't think it will get super common, but it's pretty popular with certain crowds and it comes up every once and a while in my local BAs.
I know a fifteen-year-old Clementine who is a huge tomboy and goes by Clem.
I pronounce it the same as you. The only other way I can think of is KLEM-en-teen, and that just sounds strange to me.
Noah Clementine is great. I like it heaps better than Noah Delilah but Noah Sofia Clara is still nice.
