I think Clementine definitely seems like a name that will become more popular, and I was really surprised that it didn't make the top 1000 list.
I don't know anyone named Clementine. I pronounce it KLEM-en-tien (I think that's the way you're pronouncing it too). I think klem-en-TEEN is pretty too, but I prefer the English pronunciation.
Out of those I like Noah Delilah the best, but I still don't like the -h on Noa(h), even though it's legitimate. Noah is so popular for boys that I automatically think masculine and just can't get over it. It looks so mismatched alongside any feminine name.
