Ugh! for both boys and girls. I prefer it on a boy though. It seems like there was an outbreak of little Tristans in the late 90's. I'm not sure why. I always see the "triste" part and shy away.

There *was* an outbreak!!! It's awful. I know scads of little Tristans. And I liked the name before it got so darn popular. :(
