My Mother last name is Boruch. And My Father is Rawhouser. My Mother is Polish. But no to Shure about Father.

Boruch is the Yiddish form of Baruch.

This looks like a place-name, but what is a "raw house"? I have no idea, what else the first element could be derived from.
