Love it, especially with the "EE-duh" pronunciation. But I don't expect anyone to use that here in the US. The "EYE-duh" one is beautiful too.
Both combinations you list are lovely, but I think Frances captures Ida's personality more. Ida Frances is so retro. Ida Josephine?
