In order to play, you have to fill out the complete form:
LN: (fill in the last name you want)
DH/DW: (choose husband/wife and his/her name)
DH/DW: (choose husband/wife and his/her name)
Multiples: yes/no/only twins (erase what you don't want)
Adopted: yes/no (ditto)
Pets: yes/no (ditto)
Choose a colour: Pink/Orange/Green/Black (just choose a colour to determin what list you can choose the name of your future child from)
