What do you think of it? mn suggestion? I like names with a Spanish or Italian ring to them. I don't care for unisex names at all. I like my "girl names" to be feminine and maybe even on the frilly side.

I don't like it at all, sorry. I'm Italian, and for me it's like naming a child "Mydear". It's never used as a name in Italy.

I don't like it at all, sorry. I'm getting the same associations mentioned by others: Cara Mia artichokes, the Addams Family, and a hokey term of endearment. If you wouldn't name your daughter Sweetie Pie, Darling, or Honey Bun, don't name her Cara Mia. Caramia has the added burden of being a word smush.

Cara MiaThe phrase is actually Cara Mia, so I wouldn't mind this. I don't care for the names put together like that.

I don't like it at all. It would be like naming your kid Mydear in English. It just seems really cheesy to me in both Italian and Spanish.

I find it to be a bit too much. Just overly elaborate and sacharine sweet, although I do like both Cara and Mia, just not as one name. What about Lilia?

Not really a fan of this name, it looks more like ca ram ee a then cara mia.
