[Opinions] Aureole?
Just discovered the name Aureole (AWR-ee-ol), and I think I like it, even though it looks kinda weird. I still prefer Aurora, but I know that's going to get really popular soon, so Aureole might be a good alternative. I like Aura as a nickname. WDYT of Aureole? Can you think of any good combos with it?Edit: I found some varient spellings - Auriel and Auriol. Do you prefer them?

too close to Areolabut on a side note, I always thought a good drag name would be Miss Areola Activity.

LOOOL.

Ignoring the areloa thing (which was the first thing that came to my mind also), there are just wayyy too many vowels. It looks and sounds awkward, much like that video jecca posted in the Lounge of Joe Jonas doing Single Ladies. It's just not pleasing on any level.

Also, what's wrong with Ariel? It's got a much more pleasing sound to it.

Areola.Count me in with the others who thought of that word first. Also, it just SOUNDS weird. AWR-ee-ol...sounds like a pretentious way of pronouncing oriole, or something.

Yep... much too close to it.

I definitley prefer Auriel. Aureole looks like is is pronounced oriole, like the bird, at least to me.

I'd stick with Aurora.

Er...isn't this name borne by a region of the breast?

Yes...reminds me of SeinfeldI would always be thinking - 'this girl's name is something like nipple...'

lolWe never did find out her name, did we? He yells Delores after her at the end, but she never confirms it. I always tried to think of what it could be. Maybe Regina? :)

That was my first thought. The word is actually areola, but the sound is rather similar.
