Man, sometimes we Americans are so weird with our naming practices. That's why if I ever have kids I'll use English naming practices.
I will say that Julian Aleander was pretty good. Marie Louise is also okay, and Bella Mae.
Seriously, I don't know why people like Paula so much. Or Paul, for that matter. They aren't very nice names.
