It is a bit too much to be used. I suspect most people wouldn't have a clue as to how to prn it.

I think it's awesome! I don't know how practical it is to use in real life though. Although you could always call him Sacha, which is more manageable. I have a combo Yves Sacheverell which I love. No middle name suggestions though.

In theory I love it but it feels altogether too pretentious a surname for the first name spot a la Featherstone or Pettigrew. Middle names, not so bothered.
