is kind of nice, but the nickname Sully reminds me of Monsters Inc. (not a bad thing, in my opinion)

It seems very surnamey. I wouldn't use it but it would be interesting to see on someone. I think it fits with
Marilyn

Josephine
. It does need a nn IMO; Sully is okay but I think it sounds too much like sullen.
