I love it! Maybe not as a first name, but definitely as a middle name. It definitely has an older feel, but it really hit its popularity peak in the 1920s (in the USA at least). There's not a ton of Olives around... so I don't think it's too old-ladyish anymore.

Also, olives are symbolically so important; it's a nice connotation.
