I actually know someone who named her son Bruno. I wouldn't ever use it because it's a bit too out there for me - I get both an old man feeling and a dog name vibe from it (and now there's the movie to deal with). But it actually was quite cute to here her talk about her little Bruno. I think there was some latin influence in the naming since she was originally from Argentina.
