I know far too many people named Jennifer to ever consider using it. Most of them go by Jen. I think it will be a long time before a lot of people will start considering it again.

However I only know one Jenna, and am quite fond of that name. It's not uncommon, but it has never been as popular as Jennifer, which is a plus.
