I like it, I do. But ever since people pointed out the "anally" thing, that's all I think of.

Usable, sure, but I think "anally" when I see it. I blame this on my roommate who likes to make sex jokes out of every name I run by her. I'm fond of the name, but that association might be something to think about.

It's sad but true. I think of anally. I wonder if changing it to Annalie might help? Maybe? It's such a shame that we as a race always have our minds in the gutter... :)

I went to school with an Annalee.
She went by both Annalee and Annie.
I think it's perfectly usable, sure, though not a personal favorite. Hopefully she'll avoid any "anally" jokes. (I don't recall the Annalee I went to school with having any problems with that, though it might be wise to keep in mind that she was the principal's daughter and a fairly attractive, popular girl.)
