Vespasien is not connoted, however.

I really like this one. It has a bit of pretentiousness to it (it's long and French), but I like pretentious name. Because of that quality, I think that it would make a great cat name. A cat would love being named Vespasienne.

Too outlandish... it looks like a Vespa scooter crashed into a tree.

Kind of crazy awsome...but that doesn't mean I'd use it in real life. I think it'd be perfect for a character, like a Gatsy-type fellow. I like it on a man, not a woman, even if it is a feminine French ending. I guess it's doable as a girl's middle in real life though. Maybe the spelling Vespasien for a man?

Way too weird for me. It's not a very pretty name either, IMO.
