I love Fiona! My top combo is Fiona Katharine. I think it is perfectly fine to use. Its common enough that people wont think about you not being Irish. Your combo is nice though nms.

Fiona Katharine's pretty, but my cousin's name is Catherine and I'd rather avoid using names that are in my "generation" of this family. Pretty, though.
