For me, it's pronounced the same as Ivor (non-rhotic accent here), so it feels weird for a girl. Plus there's all the 'Ivah/Ivor Whopper', etc jokes. Not a huge fan. Still, here's some suggestions for mns:

Hmm just realised it could be prn like Eva. In which case I still don't like it, but some of those combos won't work. I'm going to add asterisks to ones I think could work with this prn.

Well, I prefer Iva, the 'h' at the end makes it look like a kr8tyve spelling (I know it's a name in it's own right).
Not sure how you pronounce it, but since it's Hebrew I assume it's with an 'ee' at the beginning? I like Iva, but prefer it as a nickname for names like Ivana, Ivanka, Ivona...
