I like it, but I agree, it's too much of a nickname. I'd say you should name her Isabel or something simmilar, but have everyone call her Belle. But then again, it's just my opinion.
Random fact: I remember watching Beauty and the Beast as a little girl and kept thinking "bell" whenever anyone called Belle by her name. I used to think it was her nickname too. (The stupid five-year-old me...) Also, I'd be careful with the middle names. Most of them would sound nice with (-)Belle, but Belle Susan or Belle Ann makes me think of some American southerner stereotype. But--again--that's just me.

I like Belle, but I think it IS too much of a NN. It sounds incomplete as a full given name.
