This is so weird...Kjerstin/Kjersti has become my new obsession! I've been afraid to ask what people think of it, though, because I live in the U.S. and I know I'll get a few confused looks.
Anyway, I really like it. My fiance is Norwegian, so we were discussing Scandinavian names recently and came upon Kjerstin. We are seriously considering it for the kid we hope to have in 3-4 years. It's beautiful.

My mom´s name is Kerstin so I like it out of sentimental reasons. Don't know what I would thing otherwise though. Might be hard to combine...
